Can't sleep till 4 am due to the opposite is Night Club and they are all very noisy

This hotel was unexpected in respect to the way it was designed. The whole aspect of this hotel is about water. There's water inside the hotel. Little ponds of water, sometimes flowing, sometimes still, and also set into the gardens. So there was this open, airiness feeling because there were not windows everywhere. There was just natural connection with the outside. The room was excellent. The view was good. The staff were very, very, very attentive. The food was very good. Room was very spacious and nicely designed. Much better than I even expected, at a lot less than another top hotel nearby.It was so perfect that we rebooked for the end of our trip.

Gardens and pools are nice and spacious. Rooms are clean and very nice Staff very pleasant.

The place was convineint and close by many shops. Opposite is the beach. Mostly locals and some tourist. Was here in Apr which is low peak season. Hence, ot was quiter with some bistro/eatries were closed. This stay prob a transit to the Gili island. Nothing much to do - just eat, spa, and the beach.

It was a big resort, the spa and gym was good. We made good use of the spa, there are 2 big pools which are lovely in the hot weather & a Starbucks inside the hotel aswell as KFC and alfamart across the road and atm.

The WiFi wasn’t very good and there is no breakfast included in the price.

What to say, the hotel looks beautiful but then all the rest of the details disappoint. We booked because the pictures show beautiful amenities. When we arrived the beach area was barely open and did not have things out for us to enjoy. The beach bar had music one day but then the second night we went they had a movie playing outside. When it rained they stopped the movie but didn’t put music on in the beach bar we had to ask to make the atmosphere. The room was nice but lacked attention the garbage can was dirty and noise from a club nearby kept us awake. The bathroom smelt musty and damp the fan was not working properly to clear the room. The two worst things about our stay the main bar and pool bar closed. We were not informed before arrival had we have been told we would have moved as the area does not have anything else suitable. I did inform the receptionist and she offered a new room but what good is a new room if the amenities are still closed and lacking. Lastly the breakfast buffet. First day everything seemed fresh and nice the second day the bread / croissants etc clearly hard and stale from day before they didn’t bother to make new. And flies on the fresh fruits! Not just a stray fly but many little fruit goes indicating it has been left out. I would not recommend. For the quality your supposed to get from 4* it was not. The best thing I had was the Starbucks located inside at a cost of my own. I did contact the hotel via booking.con message but the hotel has failed to respond. We checked out early as we could find a new hotel around our pre booked tours.

Great hotel, pool and gym were really nice. Rooms are a good size. Staff were lovely and very accommodating.

Breakfast was inconsistent, excellent some days with lots of staff to man the buffet line and, other days, food was cold and few staff around to serve.

Flexibility to my request to change the room. Nice fitness center and the host is just perfect dude.Rooms very clean, all employees extremely friendly.

If you have a room with sea view , you have the street and especially the night club in the opposite as well. So I felt a little scamed when I was told that this is a lovely room but the bass from the night clubs was hammering until 3am. But as said, my complaint was directly resolved.

Very noisy from road and club across the road. Moved rooms and told no band in bar. There was a band. Cranking questionable music to few patrons but blasting through hotel. Maintenance issues and cleanliness not quite there.

Buffet breakfast changed to set menu without prior notice.The pool at the 'Superior Area' is dirty. The room condition is nothing like the common areas': the common areas are well appointed. The room I was in did not seem to be built to the same standard. A lightbulb in the bathroom was out.Room type names are different: on booking.com, on site (there are maps on the site), on the hotel website. This led to a very confusing situation. I asked the receptionist on duty during my stay, was offered a free room change for the offer to be retracted ten minutes after. I was then offered a room upgrade 'at a discount', which I did not take.Upon checkout, about ten minutes after I left the hotel, they called to asked if I used their laundry service (?!). It seemed that they thought I had left some laundry there.

Lots of facilities, nice pools and a good gym.Spacious rooms with good AC and room service available.Reception staff were lovely.Very close to Sengiggi Harbour.

Overall quite overpriced. Very quiet during our stay making us feel quite awkward.Bathroom had quite a lot of bugs including a slug in the shower. We also had our room cleaned and they left plates outside the room for hours (despite us asking for them to be removed) so we had a lot of ants outside the door.

We asked for a ‘quiet’ room but we were put right next to the mini ‘zoo’ that they have in the hotel, which contained roosters.

It’s our second time here. We were here back in 2019 before covid hits. Staff were awesome especially the bellhop/concierge guy Mr Dirman!!! He remember us and its really great to see good people again. Our rooms are decorated too as it was our anniversary! Awesome & definately coming back! They put so much effort and areanged us for airport pick up. Mr Rudi our driver is friendly & helpful.

The room we got was on the 4th floor, the toilet however got a drain smell (its kinda ok since we only stayed there for just a night). The breakfast was not as good as the last time. We had porridge & asked sesame oil and they said they don’t have it. The soup was very salty. We do not enjoy the breakfast like we did before. Selection was not that great too.

Very convenient

Extremely noisy with traffic on the street. Also no soap or water in your room. Traffic noise was absolutely ridiculous!
